"I worked with State Farm first with my home insurance. It was a stressful experience because we found out our home insurance was no longer going to be covering our area. Thankfully our mortgage company recommended we speak with John Fischer's office. From the moment we spoke to them, my fear was eliminated and I knew we were in good hands. Jabby & Brittany were amazing to work with - so friendly, kind and very knowledgable. The price was right and the process seamless. "Excellent experience. Process took less time than I expected, starting from getting a call back, going above and beyond to build the right coverage and pricing for me. I appreciate the detail they put into the different coverages espcially with hospital stays or visits. Definitely recommend this team, got signed and ready as soon as we were done talking on the phone with the paperless option. Additionally, they sent me links for DD course for further discounts which is awesome. Thank you again."

"State Farm put my son's accident on my policy . When I left them . To go and get a better rate . Kelly Kaplan told me . That I have to contact the number . That she gave me to straighten this . I believe that since HER office . Made this MISTAKE . That her office should be the one to fix this . Instead , I get a final message . To call the number she gave me to talk them . I believe that I'm being TREATED this way . Because I'm no longer a customer . And they a PUNISHING me . For their MISTAKE ."

"I hate dealing with insurance companies... but in the case of John Fischer, especially their agent (my agent...) Tyler Anselmo, I feel very different. He made the entire process insanely simple & managed to bundle all of my insurance needs into a single bill, cancel my previous policies, & get new policies reissued all at great savings to me! He renewed my faith that insurance can indeed be civil, affordable, & understandable. I highly recommend!"

"Tyler Anselmo Contacted me today about a quote, I inquired about 2 months ago. In a vehicle my mother will not be shipping to me until the 5th of next month. He was arrogant, condescending , and sounded young so I tried to bear with him. Tyler calls me, stating how I may not be eligible because nobody wants to ensure people who live in Queens, Brooklyn or the Bronx. I would think he would have said Manhattan out of all places. This idiot said Queens. He goes Queens has the highest rate for insurance prices… if you think I was eligible why on God green earth would you contact me? I had to tell him my credit is 700 that is how I am able to live in Queens without a roommate. I am from the Midwest born and raised, and these people in New York are disgusting. So much these people lack. This is a response to the owner. It’s not about factors. It’s about the Rep calling me in the first place being so negative and condescending. I still don’t understand his purpose of telling Nobody wants to ensure people In any of the boroughs I named above? I am going with Geico, Once I get my vey that is PAID for. Liability will never cost anybody an arm and a leg. I don’t care the state one resides in. I don’t get her folks get on Public Platforms. Tix Tox Instagram etc. About how stressed and depressed they are about working etc. Then get to work and act like Tyler!"
